"Leadership is not about being in charge. It's about taking care of those in your charge."

WHY VOTE FOR ME?
Proven Loyalty to the Rank-and-File
An active OSPOA member since 2020, I have demonstrated a steadfast commitment to putting our membership first. I am running for President because I believe our leadership should be as dedicated and resilient as the troopers and professional staff they represent. Your priorities will drive every decision I make.
Accountability & Open Communication
True leadership cannot exist without transparency. As your President, I will bring straight-forward, no-nonsense communication back to the forefront of OSPOA. I am committed to building an open administration where every member’s voice is heard, questions are answered directly, and leadership is held accountable to the people it serves.
Proactive Advocacy
In our profession, action beats reaction every time. For too long, associations have waited to defend against bad policies after they are already introduced. As President, I will shift our strategy to proactive advocacy. We will aggressively push for employee-centered initiatives and address key operational issues early, eliminating threats to your livelihood before they become reality.

My Focus
My primary objective as President is to directly improve the daily lives of our members. By working collaboratively with the State Executive Committee (SEC) and departmental leadership, I will advocate for critical, non-monetary changes that protect and enhance our members' physical, mental, and emotional well-being. True leadership means looking beyond the contract to solve the everyday operational stressors facing our personnel.
My Background
My personal, professional, and educational backgrounds are as diverse as the membership I seek to serve. This broad experience uniquely equips me to understand your varying needs, navigate complex institutional environments, and effectively advocate for the collective interests of our entire association.
